As a Financial Planner, you will join a business where financial planning genuinely comes first. You will focus on understanding clients' goals, creating tailored financial plans and using cashflow modelling to help clients make confident decisions about their future. This Financial Planner job is suited to advisers who enjoy building long term relationships, embracing technology and delivering a high quality client experience. The firm has invested heavily in modern systems and adviser support, enabling you to spend more time with clients and less time on administration.

The planned opportunities are expected to cover:

  • Bournemouth and Wimborne
  • Andover, Salisbury and Southampton

Depending on business requirements and acquisition activity, the business currently expects to make either one regional appointment or two separate Financial Planner hires across these locations. As a Financial Planner, you will be supported by dedicated Paraplanners and Administrators, alongside efficient systems and processes designed to help you focus on advice delivery and client engagement. The business is seeking advisers who combine strong technical planning capability with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their objectives.

Whilst exact start dates will be dependent on growth activity progressing through Q4, these are anticipated appointments rather than speculative opportunities. The business is actively building its pipeline of interested Financial Planners now to ensure appointments can be made swiftly once able to do so.

Financial Planner Requirements

Essential

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
  • Experience delivering holistic financial planning advice
  • Strong cashflow modelling experience
  • Experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
  • Ability to manage ongoing client relationships and reviews

Desirable

  • Chartered status or working towards Chartered
  • Experience growing client relationships through referrals
  • Comfortable embracing modern technology and digital tools
