Your purpose
Joining an established, expanding brokerage, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice primarily over the telephone. The firm supplies a continuous stream of direct customer enquiries converting at high rates, allowing you to consistently complete ten or more mortgages monthly while unlocking substantial untapped protection opportunities across the client base in this Mortgage Adviser role.
Your day to day
- Conduct structured telephone consultations to evaluate client mortgage and protection needs
- Convert provided direct leads into fully compliant mortgage applications
- Recommend and arrange comprehensive life, critical illness, and income protection policies
- Submit complete case files to in-house administrators for end-to-end processing
- Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout their mortgage journey
Mortgage Adviser Requirements
- Full CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent (Essential)
- Minimum 3 years of advisory experience as a Mortgage Adviser (Essential)
- Proven track record of high lead conversion and strong banking performance (Essential)
- Practical experience in writing quality protection business alongside mortgages (Desirable)
