You will be providing mortgage and protection advice to clients, with the majority of advice being delivered by telephone. You will be provided with consistent, high-quality leads that have a 50% - 75% conversion rate from lead to application. This should enable you to achieve circa 10+ mortgages per month. In addition, you will receive administration support from in-house Administrators who will chase the cases through to completion. The business has a large, untapped protection opportunity, therefore this role is very exciting for an individual who is also skilled in providing quality protection advice.
Mortgage Adviser Requirements- You must have 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Adviser
- You must be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- You must have ambitions to be a top performer and convert high levels of business
- Experience in writing good levels of protection would be advantageous
