Your purpose
The Client Engagement Team plays a vital role in supporting Financial Planners across the business, acting as a central point of contact for clients and prospects throughout their journey. You'll help coordinate onboarding activities, review meetings and ongoing client engagement whilst ensuring service standards, regulatory requirements and internal processes are consistently met. Working closely with Financial Planners, administrators and wider support teams, you'll provide efficient and professional support that helps clients move smoothly through every stage of the advice process.
What the job involves
- Supporting the end-to-end onboarding of newly acquired and existing clients
- Coordinating and booking client meetings in line with business processes
- Scheduling annual review meetings and preparing relevant documentation
- Managing inbound and outbound client, prospect and provider enquiries
- Conducting proactive client contact and appointment coordination
- Maintaining accurate client records and information on the back-office system
- Monitoring and completing system-generated tasks within agreed deadlines
- Liaising with Financial Planners, Administrators and internal support teams to ensure client needs are progressed efficiently
- Ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory standards and company procedures
IFA Client Engagement Assistant Requirements
- Essential: experience within financial services, wealth management or financial planning
- Essential: experience in a client-facing support, client service or administration role
- Essential: strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Essential: excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Essential: strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Desirable: previous experience using Curo or similar back-office systems
- Desirable: experience supporting Financial Planners or Advisers within a national advice business
- Comfortable working across multiple systems including Microsoft Office and Teams

IFA Client Engagement Assistant Benefits
- Salary of £28,000 to £32,000
- 37.5 hours per week, fully remote
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising by one day per year to 30 days
