Your Client Administrator responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of the new business application process and meeting service level agreements
- Processing applications and engaging with providers and third parties
- Actioning Letters of Authority and Transfer of Authority documentation
- Providing regular pipeline updates and chasing outstanding cases
- Preparing Financial Planners for client meetings with accurate documentation
- Managing telephone enquiries and daily post
- Maintaining comprehensive client records within CURO back-office system
