Client Engagement Assistant Requirements- Essential
- Experience in customer service, administration or a client support role
- Confident handling inbound and outbound communication
- Strong data entry and organisational abilities
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience within financial advice, financial planning or wider financial services
- Familiarity with back office systems used in advice firms (e.g. Curo, Intelligent Office, Xplan)
