This Financial Adviser job provides opportunity to join a growing IFA firm, actively undertaking acquisitions. They are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team to onboard and takeover recently acquired clients and help the business grow.
The business has undertaken two acquisitions recently and are ready to go through the handover process with you. Your aim is to establish excellent rapport and understand their current and future needs. Your priority is on retention of client and identifying new business opportunities where possible.
The first client meetings will be in-person to enable you to build the strongest rapport, thereafter it will typically alternate between in-person and remote meetings.

You must hold full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent

You must be a current Financial Adviser, confident in taking over and retaining acquired clients

You should be able to bring / generate circa £5m+ of FuM

This role will involve a reasonable level of travelling during the early, integration phase, which you should be comfortable with

Salary in the region of £60,000 (+/-) with bonus structure

The business is currently developing the remuneration, but would be happy to include mileage reimbursement at good rates or car allowance
