You'll lead a corporate advice channel with real commercial responsibility, managing a team of consultants while driving new business across employee benefits and workplace pensions. This role pays £75,000 to £85,000, with hybrid working and genuine scope to shape the proposition.

Your purpose

You're the market-facing leader responsible for channel growth. You'll manage existing client relationships, win new business, and own the corporate advice proposition itself. Working with senior stakeholders, you'll continually review and enhance what's offered to keep it competitive and aligned to client needs.
