This job is a rare opportunity to join a high growth, well funded advice firm where you are supported to focus on advice, build long term client relationships and progress your earnings meaningfully over time. You will inherit an established and growing client bank while being supported by a strong back office and paraplanning function. The business is actively acquiring client books, meaning your role is centred on servicing, retaining and growing existing relationships rather than heavy self generation.

You will operate as a trusted advisor, delivering holistic regulated advice across pensions, investments and protection, with the infrastructure in place to allow you to manage a substantial recurring income book efficiently. This role offers clear earning progression as your recurring income grows, with regular salary recalibration to reflect performance.

Requirements
  • Essential experience as a regulated Financial Advisor with 3 to 5 plus years post qualification history
  • Essential Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
  • Essential experience advising on pensions and investments
  • Desirable experience inheriting or servicing existing client banks
  • Desirable experience using modern adviser platforms and CRMs
