Your purpose
You will join an established private wealth management firm to deliver essential operational support across intricate client accounts. Your primary focus will be handling complex new business, processing platform transactions, and ensuring accuracy across high-value portfolios. Working closely with experienced team managers, you will ensure seamless service delivery from application submission through to completion.
What the job involves
- Preparing formal application documentation and issuing detailed client review reports
- Processing complex transactions including pensions, bonds, and protection products
- Executing platform business across major third-party investment and wrap platforms
- Managing adviser charging by raising fee invoices and drawing initial platform fees
- Updating and maintaining accurate client data and records on back-office systems
Client Services Associate Requirements
- Practical experience in a financial planning administration or client servicing role (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of pensions, investment bonds, and protection products (essential)
- Demonstrable experience processing business across investment wrap platforms (essential)
- Prior experience using financial planning software systems such as Xplan (desirable)
- Relevant industry qualifications such as CII or equivalent study (desirable)
