This position offers a rare opportunity for an experienced career administrator to step into a trusted, senior support role working directly with a highly established Independent Financial Adviser with high net worth clients. This role combines senior level technical IFA administration with dedicated one to one support to a Senior Adviser who is also part of the senior leadership team. The focus is on quality, accuracy and discretion, making it ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys the administrative and technical side of financial planning.
You will be responsible for managing the Adviser’s day to day administrative workload, ensuring client work is processed accurately and efficiently, and acting as a key point of contact for providers, clients and internal teams. The role includes a strong technical element, supporting client reviews, valuations, cashflow inputs and suitability documentation, alongside diary and communication management.
