You will join an established advisory business where corporate work sits at the heart of the operation. As a Corporate IFA Administrator, your focus will be supporting advisers with corporate clients, group pension schemes and associated administration, ensuring cases progress smoothly and compliantly from start to finish.
This role is very much about getting the right person with the right background. Whilst exposure to private client work would be beneficial, the emphasis is firmly on corporate experience, with training available on private client work if required.
- End to end administration support for corporate and group pension cases
- Liaising with providers, advisers and corporate clients
- Processing new business, alterations and ongoing servicing
- Ensuring accurate record keeping and compliance standards
- Working closely with the wider office based support team
There is genuine scope for development within this position as the business continues to grow its corporate proposition.
Requirements:
- Essential experience as a Corporate IFA Administrator or similar corporate focused role
- Strong knowledge of group pensions and corporate schemes
- Experience working within an FCA regulated financial planning environment
- Familiarity with back office and provider platforms
- Private client administration exposure desirable but not essential
