This IFA Administrator role has become available due to business growth and the adoption of new systems and compliance processes. You'll be working alongside a small, supportive team managing a high-quality client bank of high-net-worth individuals with complex financial planning needs. This IFA Administrator position offers genuine variety and the opportunity to work on interesting, non-vanilla cases involving pensions, ISAs, and sophisticated wealth strategies.
What you'll be doing as an IFA Administrator:
β’ Providing administrative support to financial advisers managing multi-millionaire client portfolios
β’ Using Intelligent Office (Intelliflo) as the firm's CRM system
β’ Handling day-to-day client administration across pensions, investments, and protection
β’ Supporting compliance requirements and new organisational processes
β’ Contributing to a small team environment with scope to share your IO knowledge
IFA Administrator Requirements
β’ Essential: Proven IFA administration experience
β’ Essential: Understanding of financial products including pensions, ISAs, and investments
β’ Highly desirable: Intelligent Office (Intelliflo) experience
β’ Desirable: Ability to support team adoption of new systems
β’ Available to work minimum 3 days per week (full-time also considered)
