Are you an experienced Financial Planning Manager looking for your next career move in a fast-growing wealth management firm? We're recruiting for an ambitious and results-driven Financial Planning Manager to join a dynamic and expanding wealth management business. This Financial Planning Manager job offers the opportunity to lead, develop, and commercially drive a team of approximately 20 financial advisors (both employed and self-employed) across your region.
As Financial Planning Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching advisors to achieve their business plans and commercial targets
- Developing strong client implementation plans and monitoring advisor performance
- Having regular advisor-facing meetings, conducting observations, and attending client meetings
- Managing day-to-day training and competence (T&C) responsibilities
- Driving commercial growth whilst maintaining compliance standards
This is more than just a T&C management role – our client wants a Financial Planning Manager who can motivate, push commercial drivers, and help advisors grow their businesses.
Financial Planning Manager Requirements:
- Essential: Proven experience managing financial advisors in a wealth management or IFA environment
- Essential: Strong track record of driving commercial results and advisor performance
- Essential: Experience with both employed and self-employed advisor models
- Desirable: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
- Desirable: Background in acquisitions or integrating acquired advisor practices
