In this role, you will work closely with Financial Planners across the business, supporting them to deliver consistently high quality advice through practical coaching, training and development. Rather than acting as a compliance sign off, you will focus on helping their Planners do things right first time by building confidence, consistency and capability.
This is a people led position and suits someone who enjoys presenting, influencing and developing experienced professionals. Your work will be varied and will include one to one coaching, group sessions, onboarding support and involvement in wider adviser improvement initiatives as the business continues to grow.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Delivering one to one and group coaching sessions, virtually and face to face
- Supporting adviser induction and ongoing professional development
- Reviewing performance trends and identifying development priorities
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to promote consistent advice standards
- Contributing to projects linked to adviser growth, change and improvement

Requirements
Essential:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
- Experience in financial advice, wealth management, adviser development or T and C
- Strong understanding of FCA regulatory expectations
- Proven experience delivering training or coaching to advisers
Desirable:
- Chartered status or working towards this J07 qualification
- Experience supporting multi site or growing advice teams
