This job provides an opportunity to join a national independent financial planning firm that is continuing to grow through organic growth and acquiring IFA client banks. You will be responsible for a team of Financial Advisors, providing support to them to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets. Your role will consist of both management and T&C responsibilities.
You shall be supervising each IFA to maximise key business opportunities, with a focus on encouraging them to identify new business/clients; ensure Advisors are always providing quality service to clients; adhering to company compliance guidelines and meeting their continuing professional development. This shall be achieved through regular 1:1’s, presentations, workshops and individual training sessions.
In addition, you will be involved in recruiting new Advisors by being involved in the interview process and providing full support to your new team members, helping them to achieve CAS status and thrive in the role. As the role entails T&C supervision, it is important you have your full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent. Due to the nature of this role, this role will obviously include travel, visiting your team of Financial Advisors and attending their head office for management meetings.
Requirements:- You should have experience as a Manager within the Financial Planning industry, leading a team of Financial Advisors.
- Ideally, you should hold your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- You should have experience of both management and T&C responsibilities.
- You must be comfortable with travelling to undertake your role effectively.
- Salary of £60,000 - £80,000 plus £4,800 car allowance pa.
- OTE of £80,000 - £120,000.
