In this Administrator position, you will be supporting their team of Financial Advisors who provide investment and pension advice to clients. As their Administrator, your duties will include: Liaising with the Financial Advisers to discuss what tasks need undertaking for each client Obtaining and processing Letters of Authority Processing new business cases Preparing client meeting packs with the correct, up to date information Obtaining recent product valuations Undertaking general administrative duties such as photocopying, letter writing, phoning clients / providers This role will suit an individual keen to stay within the role of an Administrator The Company Our client provides independent advice to clients on all aspects of financial planning.
