As Paraplanning Manager, you'll take full ownership of your team's growth and success. Your day-to-day will focus on:
Conducting regular 1-1s and performance appraisals with your team
Identifying training needs and delivering upskilling programmes to enhance capabilities
Supporting your team on complex case work and providing technical guidance
Managing workflow and resolving operational challenges efficiently
Recruiting and onboarding new team members as the business expands
Coaching and mentoring Paraplanners to achieve their full potential
Ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality research and reports

Paraplanning Manager Requirements
Essential:
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
Essential:
Proven people management experience leading a team of Paraplanners

Strong background in paraplanning within an IFA environment
Desirable:
Experience with team recruitment and development initiatives

Track record of implementing process improvements
