Your purpose
You're the market-facing leader responsible for channel growth. You'll manage existing client relationships, win new business, and own the corporate advice proposition itself. Working with senior stakeholders, you'll continually review and enhance what's offered to keep it competitive and aligned to client needs.
How you'd spend your time
- Leading and developing a team of corporate consultants through coaching and performance reviews
- Managing client relationships and identifying new business sources to grow services delivered
- Overseeing the corporate advice proposition to ensure it remains commercially strong
- Conducting client meetings and pitches for new corporate clients
- Ensuring all advice meets regulatory standards and training requirements
- Monitoring channel performance and reporting on KPIs
Head of Corporate Solutions Requirements
- Proven experience leading a corporate financial planning, wealth management or employee benefits business (essential)
- Strong track record delivering revenue targets and driving profitable growth (essential)
- Experience leading and developing consultants, creating high-performance teams (essential)
- In-depth knowledge of FCA regulation, Consumer Duty and risk management (essential)
- Outstanding business development and relationship management skills (desirable)
