Your responsibilities as a Financial Services Administrator will include:

  • Building strong client relationships - welcoming clients to the office, liaising with them to organize meetings, and following up on outstanding information
  • Meeting preparation - preparing client files ahead of time and liaising with the Financial Advisors to identify upcoming tasks
  • Processing - issuing LOAs, submitting business, and updating the CRM system (Intelliflo)
  • Provider liaison - chasing providers for outstanding items to keep cases moving forward

Financial Services Administrator Requirements

  • Essential: Experience as an IFA Administrator, Mortgage Administrator, or similar Financial Services Administrator role
  • Desirable: Intelliflo experience would be ideal
  • Essential: Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete within agreed timescales
  • Desirable: Experience in either wealth management or mortgage administration (training can be provided in the other area)
