Are you a HR Advisor looking to join a multi award winning Financial Services business that puts its people at the forefront of their vison and business goals? As a HR Advisor you will provide a professional HR service to managers and employees throughout the business. You will be responsible for promoting the HR function through building relationships and coaching managers on how to best handle people’s issues. Your duties will include: Responding to HR policy and Payroll related queries Holding quarterly 1:1’s with managers and line managers to provide coaching and advice on people issues. Deliver support on the Recruitment strategy by working with Managers and recruitment agencies Delivering inductions on new starters upon joining Holding exit interviews with employees and highlighting any relevant feedback HR Advisor Requirements Experience working within a generalist HR department providing support to HR management, Line Managers and Employees Experience working within a Financial Services or other professional services environment is desired but not essential A robust and up to date knowledge of HR policy and best practice Great attention to detail, communication and planning skills CIPD level 5 is desirable but not essential.
