This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll be involved throughout the full financial planning process, whether that's wealth management or mortgage administration.
Your responsibilities as a Financial Services Administrator will include: Building strong client relationships - welcoming clients to the office, liaising with them to organize meetings, and following up on outstanding information Meeting preparation β preparing client files ahead of time and liaising with the Financial Advisors to identify upcoming tasks Processing β issuing LOAs, submitting business, and updating the CRM system (Intelliflo) Provider liaison β chasing providers for outstanding items to keep cases moving forward This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator who wants to develop their career.
