This Financial Planning Sales Manager is an opportunity to join a growing IFA firm who are seeking an individual skilled in driving business generation activities and coaching Financial Advisers to generate business themselves. Our client is looking to increase their levels of sales and marketing activities, to promote their services, build new and existing professional connections. They require a hands-on Financial Planning Sales Manager who can lead from the front. The business is openminded whether you would be a Financial Adviser in your own name or whether you would distribute the enquiries to the IFAs within the team. In this role, you would have some oversight of their team of 6
8 IFAs, however the bulk of the compliance responsibilities would be undertaken by the in-house Compliance Manager. This is an exciting, niche role providing opportunity to work on lots of exciting sales and marketing projects and see your efforts come to life. Financial Planning Sales Manager Requirements You must be skilled in generating and executing sales / marketing strategies that generate new clients You should be confident working with professional connections and building strong working relationships Individuals holding Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning would be beneficial, but not essential Our client would be open to individuals from outside financial planning industry, subject to having good knowledge of what a Financial Adviser does and being able to operate effectively within this role Leadership experience would be beneficial The Company Our client provides independent advice to clients on all aspects of financial planning. The business has a growing team who enjoy working together to support the needs of their clients. Most of their team are long serving team members who enjoy being part of the business.
