This Technical Specialist opportunity offers the chance to work with an established financial planning firm that partners with discretionary fund managers, allowing you to focus on what you do best - producing high-quality technical work across a diverse case mix including investments, pensions, trusts, vulnerable clients, and divorce cases. As a Technical Specialist , you'll be the knowledge resource for financial planners, with the flexibility to accompany them to client meetings if you wish. Heavy focus on report writing and research across diverse cases Acting as a technical resource for financial planners Working with discretionary fund managers (no fund switches or investment management) Opportunity to attend client meetings alongside planners Contributing to team discussions and process improvements Technical Specialist Requirements: Essential: 5-10 years of financial services industry experience Essential: Comfortable with report-writing focused role excluding investment management work Content to build a long-term career as a technical specialist The Company Our client is a progressive financial planning firm that has chosen to invest in their people.
