Even though the business is actively helping you with these marketing campaigns, they still classify these as being your self-generated. In addition, the business has a steady flow of leads being produced for the overall business, which get pre-qualified by their head office team and distributed across their Mortgage Advisors. Typically, after 1 - 2 years of being in the business, their Mortgage Advisors have mastered the marketing and prefer to focus on producing their own self-generated and building their client bank with a handful of company leads.
