Are you an established Paraplanner who enjoys getting stuck into complex cases, creating high quality suitability reports and supporting Advisers with detailed technical research? This role offers the chance to join a forward-thinking financial planning firm where you can truly add value, develop your expertise and play an important part in delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Working as part of a supportive and well-structured Paraplanning team, you will review fact-finds, challenge where more clarity is needed, carry out in-depth product research and produce clear, compliant recommendations across a wide range of planning areas. You will work closely with Advisers, Compliance and internal support teams, ensuring cases progress efficiently and client advice is delivered to an excellent standard.
You will benefit from exposure to a broad variety of advice scenarios including pensions, investments, IHT, protection, drawdown and more, with opportunities to grow into mentoring or technical leadership responsibilities over time.
Paraplanner Requirements- You must be level 4 Diploma qualified
- At least 5 years holistic Paraplanning experience
- Strong report writing and whole-of-market research capability
- Comfortable working across pensions, investments and protection
- Competent using Microsoft Office and multiple provider / back-office systems
- Ideally you should have experience with IHT, bonds, trusts, AIM or drawdown planning
- CII J09 or progression toward Chartered status
