Job Description
This Client Administrator job in Flax Bourton, Somerset provides opportunity to join a respected financial planning firm.
As a Client Administrator you will be providing administrative support as part of the goal to deliver seamless experience to their clients. You will be an integral part of the admin team, as your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as primary point of contact for client enquiries
- Managing daily interactions and communications with clients through handling post, client responses, reports and correspondence
- Help onboard clients with gathering necessary information and documentation
- Prepare and maintain client files
- Manage the client records on their back-office system, inputting data and updates
- Prepare client portfolio valuations and statements
This role will see you working closely alongside Technical Administrators, Paraplanners, Financial Advisors and their Management team. The business prides themselves on the high quality of service with utmost professionalism at all times, therefore it is important you equally share these values.
Client Administrator Requirements
- You should have experience as an Administrator within a Financial Planning business
- You should be passionate about providing high quality client service to all
- You must have excellent numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE grades A – C or 4 – 9)
- You must be competent using Microsoft Office products and able to learn industry specific software
The Company
Our client has been established for over 40 years, providing Wealth Management, Financial Planning and DFM services to c600 clients. They have £400m FuM and have plans to continue growing.
Client Administrator Benefits
- Salary of £24,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
- Plus company benefits available immediately include group life cover, group income protection
- Upon completion of probation, private medical insurance, health cash plan, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension with employer contribution of up to 5% of your salary provided this is matched by you
- Office based role
- Typical working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch
- 25 days annual leave (rising up to 30 days) plus bank holiday, plus 1 day’s birthday leave and 1 day for charity / community work each year
