We're recruiting for an ambitious and results-driven Financial Planning Manager to join a dynamic and expanding wealth management business. This Financial Planning Manager job offers the opportunity to lead, develop, and commercially drive a team of approximately 20 financial advisors (both employed and self-employed) across your region. As Financial Planning Manager , you'll be responsible for: Leading and coaching advisors to achieve their business plans and commercial targets Developing strong client implementation plans and monitoring advisor performance Having regular advisor-facing meetings, conducting observations, and attending client meetings Managing day-to-day training and competence (T&C) responsibilities Driving commercial growth whilst maintaining compliance standards This is more than just a T&C management role our client wants a Financial Planning Manager who can have motivate, push commercial drivers, and help advisors grow their businesses. Financial Planning Manager Requirements: Essential: Proven experience managing financial advisors in a wealth management or IFA environment Strong track record of driving commercial results and advisor performance Experience with both employed and self-employed advisor models Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent Background in acquisitions or integrating acquired advisor practices The Company Our client is a rapidly growing wealth management firm with ambitious expansion plans.
