Are you an experienced people leader in financial planning, looking for an Adviser Manager job where you can genuinely shape how an advice team grows and performs? If you enjoy working with strong personalities and building structure in a fast-moving environment, this could be ideal.
In this role, you'll take responsibility for a growing team of advisers (c.10-12 initially, rising to around 15-16, with a maximum of 20), supporting them through onboarding, development and ongoing performance. You'll help embed consistent advice standards, simplify processes and ensure their Financial Advisers have the clarity and support they need to deliver great client outcomes. You'll work closely with senior management and support functions, balancing the historic ways IFAs are used to working with a more scalable and consistent operating model.

Adviser Manager Requirements- Proven experience managing Financial Advisers in a UK regulated environment (Essential)
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent (Essential)
- Experience leading teams of c.10+ advisers, ideally across multiple locations (Essential)
- Background in high-growth, change or integration environments (Desirable)
- Good knowledge of industry-standard financial planning and CRM systems (Desirable)

Adviser Manager Benefits- Basic salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
- OTE range: £80,000 - £100,000
- Car allowance: £7,500 per annum
- Plus other company benefits including pension, PHI etc.
- Hybrid working with regional travel to meet advisers and attend internal meetings
Ideally suited to candidates within approximately 50 miles of Bristol. However, all parts of the UK may be considered for strong candidates willing to travel.
