This role will involve supervising daily operations within the workshop, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a workshop or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical or engineering background (time-served or qualification-based)
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and machinery
