As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will support the maintenance, fault finding, and repair of electrical systems and production equipment within a busy industrial environment. Working on a rotating four-shift pattern, you will help ensure manufacturing operations run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer role will involve:
- Carrying out routine maintenance on electrical equipment
- Finding and fixing faults on machines and control systems
- Responding quickly to breakdowns to keep production running
- Supporting equipment installation and upgrades
- Following health & safety rules at all times
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering / Maintenance
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
- Comfortable working on a four-shift rotating pattern (days and nights)
- Committed to health & safety and quality standards
