About the Role
Our client is a medium sized business who specialise in energy storage and are looking to grow. We are looking for a HR Manager who has experience managing cross-border workforce deployment, working with EORs and staffing vendors, and ensuring company policies and workplace environments align with organizational goals.
This is working for an exciting company who specialises in energy storage and electricity, the company is based in Central London however the role will be fully remote with no need to come into the office.
The growth plans are specific to Eastern Europe, so any experience with onboarding in the EU regions is a huge plus.
