I'm currently working with a fast-growing performance marketing agency who are looking for a Head of Growth to join their leadership team. They specialise in scaling DTC and e-commerce brands through paid media, creative strategy, and conversion optimisation. With a strong client base, proven results, and significant ad spend under management, they are now entering their next phase of growth and need someone to lead the commercial function.
In this role, you will take ownership of revenue across the business — driving new client acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and building strategic partnerships. You’ll work closely with the Founder to define the growth strategy, build pipeline, and position the agency as a leading partner for scaling brands. The role is fully remote within the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the overall growth strategy across new business and client expansion
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline from outbound through to close
- Lead pitches, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Develop strategic partnerships to generate consistent deal flow
- Drive brand positioning through LinkedIn, events, and industry presence
- Collaborate with leadership to align growth targets with delivery capacity
- Identify new market opportunities across DTC and e-commerce sectors
- Report on pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
- Proven experience in a growth, commercial, or business development leadership role
- Track record of closing £500K+ in annual new business revenue
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital acquisition channels
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to pipeline and revenue growth
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch
- Experience within a performance marketing or digital agency
- Exposure to DTC / e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to speak credibly about paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Salary: £70,000-£80,000 + performance bonus (OTE £100k+)
