Central London – 4 days in office, 1 day WFH. Our client is a fast-growing, digitally-led marketing agency working with ambitious brands across fintech, tech, lifestyle and consumer sectors. They blend paid media, creative, strategy and experimentation to deliver measurable business growth — and are now looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to join the team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure across growth marketing, paid social, creative testing, campaign execution and performance strategy within a fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll work closely with senior growth marketers, creatives and strategists across a range of high-growth clients, helping to launch, optimise and scale campaigns that genuinely move the needle. They’re particularly interested in candidates with exposure to app-focused growth marketing or mobile app acquisition campaigns.

The Role

  • You’ll support the delivery of performance-led marketing campaigns across paid social and digital channels, helping with campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, creative testing and day-to-day account support.
  • You’ll gain exposure to:
    • Paid social campaign execution across Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms
    • Creative testing and performance analysis
    • Campaign reporting and performance insights
    • Audience research and competitor analysis
    • Landing page and funnel optimisation
    • Growth strategy and experimentation
    • Client communications and account support
    • Fast-moving startup and scale-up brands

What They’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years experience within a marketing agency, performance agency or in-house growth/performance role
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, paid media and growth strategy
  • Naturally analytical with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Passion for internet culture, trends, creative and digital brands is a bonus
  • Exposure to mobile app growth campaigns, app acquisition or app-focused performance marketing would be highly advantageous
  • Any experience across Meta, TikTok, Google UAC or Apple Search Ads would be beneficial
