Responsibilities:
- Repair and Maintenance of Mechanical/Retail equipment
- Fault finding
- General maintenance
- Electro-Mechanical maintenance and repair
- Around 20% of work at the company base and 80% servicing
- Developing strong relationships with customers
Qualifications / Attributes:
- Roughly 5-10 years’ relevant experience in a servicing role
- Understanding of auto-electrics and some mechanical skills
- Experience servicing small vehicles such as dock levellers, forklifts, industrial compactors or similar (beneficial)
- Experience with hydraulics is needed
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Flexible with working hours Monday-Friday
- Team player who is passionate about their work
- Willing to travel on a field basis approximately 80% of the time
- Holds a full UK driving license
