PHP Developer in Bristol

PHP Developer Bristol – 3 days in the office PHP / React / SQL £50,000-£55,000 I’ve recently partnered with an Educational SaaS business who are based in Bristol and looking to add a PHP Developer to their growing team on a hybrid basis!   The company have been going for over 20 years and have built a market leading research platform used across the Education industry by leading universities & business schools across the UK & globally. As their platform has continued to evolve and be more widely used, the business has steadily grown and now need to build up their tech team. In role, you will play a key part in building new applications, product design, developing new UIs and pushing the business forward from a technical standpoint. The role leans more towards the backend with PHP but there is some Frontend work too. It’s a small, tight-knit team so you’ll get great exposure and growth opportunities, autonomy over your day and get to work on a variety of projects. The role is based in Bristol and requires office working of 3 days a week. No sponsorship can be offered and candidates need to be local. Technical Requirements: Minimum of 5 years PHP development experience. Confident on the Frontend with JavaScript, HTML, CSS & React. Work with databases daily – MySQL, SQL Server. Other skills – Postgres, Git, Laravel. Confident collaborating with multiple teams. Happy working on different technical environments – platform, UI, applications. Open to mentoring or leading teams in the future. Salary range: £50,000-£55,000.
