We’re looking for a Junior Designer to bring customer communications to life across email and digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative at the start of their career to work on real campaigns, build standout email designs, and grow their skills within a fast-paced agency environment.
What you’ll be working on:
- Designing email layouts, templates, and campaign assets
- Creating and updating designs using Figma, including components and simple libraries
- Supporting customer journeys across email, in-app, and web channels
- Adapting designs to brand guidelines, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Working closely with CRM, marketing, and tech teams on campaign delivery
What I’m looking for:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a junior design role (or relevant placements)
- Working knowledge of Figma for layouts, components, and collaboration
- Interest in email design and campaign-focused work
- Understanding of basic digital design principles
- Willingness to learn about personalisation and data-driven design
- A portfolio showing digital, email, or campaign design work
