A client of ours is a managed service provider who is growing at a healthy pace and looking to hire another Third Line Support Engineer. We are looking for someone with Microsoft Windows tech stack experience. The company is small to medium sized and is looking to grow due to an increasing client base. Based in Southend, the role will be on site 5 days a week.
Skills Required:
- Experience working in a 3rd Line support position
- Windows Server
- SQL Server or MySQL
- Office 365, Azure AD and SharePoint
- Hyper-V, VMware
- Veeam Backup
- Ticketing systems (ServiceNow or Jira)
- Routers, switches and firewalls
- Previous experience working for a managed service provider is desirable but not essential
