Compliance Monitoring Officer- Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer calls, providing feedback on content and quality.
• Coach staff to enhance compliance performance.
• Ensure high standards and adherence to regulations.
• Act as a compliance expert and advisor for all levels.

Requirements:

• Call Centre background with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
