We are recruiting for a Kitchen Team Leader at Premier Inn Weston Super Mare Jct 22 M5 (Lympsham) hotel.
This role is a full‑time position of 33 hours per week, with a pay rate of up to £14.31 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Run the kitchen day to day – managing rotas, placing food orders and overseeing stock control.
- Lead the kitchen team through busy services, organising workflow and ensuring smooth operations.
- Prepare, cook and serve all menu items to the Premier Inn standard.
- Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards – keep team trained and records up to date.
- Assist with shift runs and help new team members settle in.
- Own food ordering and keep food costs on track for the entire hotel.
