Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + up to 30% bonus + health cover + benefits

Location: Hybrid role minimum 3 days per week in office based at our office in Holborn, London (EC1N 2TD)

Extensible, frictionless payments are a critical enabler for our revenue growth and guest satisfaction across all Digital touchpoints. Accountable for execution of the Payments and B2B product roadmaps. Developing an expert understanding of our Payment experiences to ensure scalable flows across Booking, Reservation Amendments and Refunds, incorporating Premier Inn’s proprietary Business Account facility. This role has ownership of the continuous improvement process that is based on customer insight, market trends, and key data analysis.

Knowledge:

  • Essential: Developing and owning Backlogs for Payment and Checkout Products
  • Established set of Product development best practices methods to define requirements
  • Use of Account Management and Payment-related analytics and KPIs to define Feature and Product Goals

Skills:

  • Essential: Excellent communication, ability to translate customer and technical concepts
  • Expertise in Product Design and Technical Product Development
  • Data-driven decision making to drive performance optimisation - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square
  • Driving cross-functional change, pro-actively taking initiative
  • Roadmapping and Product Delivery Software (JIRA)

Experience:

  • Essential: Industry experience with Payments-related Products
  • Experience working within an agile, scrum environment in digital product development
  • Writing detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria
  • Working with and developing customer-facing Web / App technologies ideally in a Fintech, eComm, travel or equivalent environment
