We’re looking for a Paid Search Marketing Manager to lead our paid search strategy across Google and Microsoft platforms, managing a multi-million-pound budget and building powerful partnerships that drive real commercial results. About the Role
As Paid Search Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll be the key point of contact for our external agency and platform partners, ensuring strategic alignment and best-in-class performance. You’ll also play a critical role in budget stewardship, performance analysis, and innovation—bringing fresh ideas and data-driven thinking to continuously improve our paid search effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid search strategy and execution across Google and Microsoft Ads, ensuring campaigns meet ROI and occupancy targets.
- Build and manage relationships with Google, Microsoft, and our external agency, acting as the central point of contact.
- Optimise campaign performance through keyword targeting, ad copy testing, bidding strategies, and automation.
- Monitor and report on performance, using dashboards and analytics to track KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Manage a significant budget, ensuring spend is tracked, reconciled, and optimised across channels and locations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, finance, and creative teams to align paid search with broader marketing goals.
- Drive innovation through A/B testing, AI-driven optimisation, and staying ahead of industry trends.
