Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager for Norwich East (Broadlands / A47). This role focuses on leading the hotel during shifts, coordinating reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay.
You’ll be out on the floor, not merely supervising, and you’ll help the Hotel Manager drive continuous improvement. You don’t need prior hotel experience: transferable leadership from retail, hospitality or customer service is welcome.
