About the Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force behind our social media strategy – connecting it seamlessly with our brand vision. You will lead the charge in creating content that resonates, engages, and inspires, helping us reach new audiences, especially younger demographics. From organic social planning to paid media insights, you will know what works, what doesn’t, and what’s next.
What You’ll Do
- Shape the Strategy: Develop and implement a best-in-class social media strategy aligned with our brand goals.
- Create & Curate: Build compelling content month by month, ensuring tone of voice and visual appeal hit the mark.
- Stay Ahead: Keep your ear to the ground on social trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate: Work across multiple stakeholders and partner with media giants like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Measure & Optimise: Analyse performance, report on success, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead & Inspire: Manage a Social Media Executive and guide influencer marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- A social media expert with big brand experience (agency or client-side).
- Strategic thinker with hands-on knowledge of organic social plans and a good understanding of paid media.
- Strong sense of tone of voice, visual aesthetics, and what works for different audiences.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and media partners.
- Analytical mindset – comfortable using data to inform decisions.
- Desirable: Team management and influencer marketing experience.
