Premier Inn Southend Airport is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day. You’ll manage rotas, orders, and lead the team through busy services, ensuring quality and audit readiness.
This hands-on leadership role helps you build towards Head Chef as you work with the Hotel Manager to own the kitchen. In this role you’ll oversee food ordering, stock control and costs, lead during service, prepare and serve the menu to spec, and maintain health and hygiene standards.
