You'll: Prepare ingredients and complete kitchen prep tasks before service Learn how to cook and present dishes to Premier Inn standards Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service Take responsibility for your own tasks and work independently when required Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service Receive deliveries and help manage stock correctly Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Work closely with the wider team to deliver a great guest experience This is a hands-on cooking role where you'll be actively involved in preparing and serving food. You'll receive full training, but you'll also have the opportunity to develop the confidence and skills needed to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen.
