Whitbread, in partnership with Premier Inn, seeks a Senior Manager - Food Technology to shape and deliver end-to-end food technical strategy across Whitbread and Premier Inn. You will set standards for safety, integrity, legality and quality, oversee technical service provision with NSF and partners, and drive risk mitigation, supplier governance and brand protection. You will lead governance frameworks, KPIs and reporting, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build high-performing teams.
