Premier Inn is looking for an experienced and passionate Hotel Manager to lead operations at the Eastbourne Town Centre property. This role involves leading and developing hotel teams, driving guest satisfaction, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining Premier Inn’s high hospitality standards across all areas of the hotel.
Salary: £37,500 – £40,500 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Back of House teams
- Drive exceptional guest experiences and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Manage daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen activities
Business & Commercial Management:
- Identify operational improvements and commercial opportunities
- Support hotel performance, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth
- Maintain operational efficiency and service quality standards
Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained throughout the hotel
- Oversee food service operations and maintain hygiene compliance
