Join our team at Premier Inn as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career. You will manage daily kitchen operations, including rotas, food orders, team leadership during busy services, and maintaining audit standards. Working closely with the Hotel Manager, you will take full ownership of food quality and hygiene standards. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those aspiring to become a Head Chef.

What you\’ll do:
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you\’ll take the next step in your Chef career. You\’ll oversee kitchen operations, grow your team, create popular meals, and contribute to the UK\’s leading hospitality business, Whitbread.
• Manage food ordering, stock control, and food costs across the hotel
• Lead during service—organising the team, managing workflow, and ensuring smooth operations
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to specification, including Premier Inn breakfasts and pub classics
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards, train the team, and keep records up to date
• Step up during shifts, run operations, and support new team members
