Premier Inn Farnborough West (Southwood) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place orders, lead during busy services and keep operations audit-ready. You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager to own the kitchen—from food quality to hygiene—and develop the leadership skills needed to progress toward Head Chef.
